Liv's Cakes & Bakes terms and conditions

By booking with me it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions 

Orders, Prices & Payments 

I kindly ask that all orders are requested 5 days in advance (subject to availability). All prices are non negotiable and priced according to the customers requirements. A non refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Until I receive this deposit, your order is NOT secured. A refund for a deposit is only given if I unexpectedly cannot complete your order. Full payment for wedding cakes are due 7 days in advance. Cakes will not be given away until payment is made.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order with me within 72 hours of collection or delivery I have the right to keep your deposit which is 30% of the total cost of your order. 

Delivery & Damage

Once your order has left my possession I do not hold any responsibility for any damage to your order. Each order is advised to be handled with care, especially cake decorations. I provide delivery at my discretion and will be calculated by your address.

Complaints

Please notify me of any issues found with your order within 24 hours of collection or delivery. You will be asked to return your order. A replacement or refund will be issued if necessary.

If Liv's Cakes & Bakes cannot fulfil your order for any reason out of my control (for example cake decorations from third parties not meeting expectations) a refund will be issued for no more than what was ordered. 

Dietary Requirements

I can cater for gluten, egg, dairy and nut free orders and offer a small vegan menu however it is not 100% guaranteed that there aren't traces as I bake in a kitchen which handles all allergens.

Livs Cakes & Bakes is registered with East suffolk Council and currently holds a 5* food hygiene rating and carries out strict methods to ensure this is maintained.

Please note some of our bakes contain non edible items such as cake toppers, dowels, flowers, cocktail sticks etc. You will be made aware of this and told to remove them. It is your responsibility that this is removed before consumption.
